The campsite on an island in the Semois

Camping Île de Faigneul is a family 3-star campsite on an island in the heart of the Semois valley, in Poupehan, between Bouillon and Vresse-sur-Semois. You reach the island via a bridge: once on the island, time slows down. Ducks and swans love the place; in the evening, around a fire or barbecue, you enjoy the Ardennes conviviality.

The shallow river invites you to swim, laze on an air mattress or set off on a kayak descent. It is the ideal starting point for walks, mountain-bike routes, adventure sports and fishing. During the school holidays the island comes alive: playground for the little ones, games in the river, friendly terrace and café.

Services: café open in low season (except Sunday), chip shop a few days a week, heated sanitary facilities, free Wi-Fi and spacious pitches, many by the water. The campsite is open from 1 April to 30 September.
